Morris & Co. Licensing Agreement in the US

Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, announces that it has signed a licensing agreement in the US for its Morris & Co. brand with Williams Sonoma, America's market leader in high quality kitchenware.

The agreement, which covers a broad range of tableware, cookware and kitchen accessories, marks the Group's first major licensing agreement in the US and further develops the Group's licensing strategy.

Williams Sonoma is part of Williams Sonoma Inc, an international, multi-channel retailer of high quality products for the home.

Morris & Co. will work with Williams Sonoma on developing the kitchenware range which is expected to be launched in autumn next year.

This collaboration with Williams Sonoma is the first to be introduced by a recently appointed partner in the US, Collab Society LLC, which is supporting the Group's strategic brand partnerships in the territory.
