Chief Finance Officer Appointment

H&T is delighted to announce the appointment of Diane Giddy as Chief Financial Officer of the Group effective from 1st November 2021. Her appointment is subject to regulatory approvals.

Diane joins H&T from FirstRand Limited, where she has held a number of senior finance positions including most recently, Chief Finance Officer of the London branch since 2019 and where she enjoyed a wide remit.
