New Contract

Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of transport management software to fleet operators, is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a 5-year contract renewal with J.C. Bamford Excavators Limited ("JCB"), the global manufacturer of construction equipment, which will cover recurring SaaS software licences and hardware sales until June 2026.

Nadeem Raza, CEO, Microlise, said: "This new long-term contract with JCB, with whom we have worked since 2010, pays testament to the quality of the products and services we provide and of our ability to form lasting client relationships.
