Additional listing application and Total Voting Rights

Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading online retailer of bathroom products and accessories announces that it has issued and allotted 635,504 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each to eligible employees in connection with the Victorian Plumbing Share Incentive Plan.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 635,504 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 2 August 2021. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 325,062,985 at £0.001 each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. This figure of 325,062,985 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
