The Company announces that it has received notification that, on 27 July 2021, Diane Gray-Smith, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 35,714 ordinary shares of €0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 84 pence per Share, following which she is interested in 35,714 Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
