Holdings in Company

Empyrean was notified on 22 July 2021 that Mr Richard Appleby now holds 21,046,500 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 3.67% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, following completion of the £5.02m placement announced on 9 July 2021 and the increase in the Company's issues share capital, the Company was today notified of the following changes to the interests of certain shareholders:

·    Mr Thomas Kelly, CEO of Empyrean, holds 88,888,888 ordinary shares in the Company, which now represents approximately 15.51% of the issued share capital of the Company;

·    Topaz Energy Pty Ltd, of which Gaz Bisht, Technical Director of Empyrean, is a director, holds 31,821,429 ordinary shares in the Company, which now represents approximately 5.55% of the issued share capital of the Company; and

·    Keyhole Pty Ltd holds 34,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which now represents approximately 5.98% of the issued share capital of the Company.
