Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, announces that the Company was notified on 21 July 2021 that, on 20 July 2021, Christopher Rogers, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 167.4p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase Christopher Rogers holds 110,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.15% of the Company's total issued share capital.
