Annual Report and Notice of AGM

The Company announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts in respect of the year ended 31 March 2021 have been sent to shareholders. 

The Company also announces that Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the associated Proxy Form have been sent to shareholders. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 13 August 2021 at 09.30 a.m. at Floor 3, 52 Bedford Row, Holborn, London, England, WC1R 4LR.

In view of the continuing risk posed by Covid-19, shareholders are strongly discouraged from attending the AGM in person are advised to vote their shares electronically.
