The Company announces that it has received notification that, on 16 July 2021, Tom Price, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of €0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 87 pence per Share, following which he is interested in 59,411 Shares, representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
