Results of Annual General Meeting

Sound Energy, the Moroccan focused upstream gas company, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held earlier today.  A poll was held on each of the resolutions proposed. All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed at the AGM and the results of the poll are set out below:
