PDMR Shareholding

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, announces the following Directors' shareholdings further to their participation in the conditional Placing announced on 28 May 2021.

Directors' participation in the Placing

As part of the Placing, the Directors subscribed for a total 118,750 Placing Shares at the Issue Price. Details of those Placing Shares for which the Directors have subscribed, and their respective resultant shareholdings following Admission of shares on 22 June 2021, are displayed below.
