Posting of Report and Accounts and Notice of General Meeting

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the provider of mission-critical solutions for a more secure world, announces that it has posted copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, together with the Notice of General Meeting ("GM") and form of proxy, to shareholders. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of GM will shortly be available to view on the Company's website, www.tpgroupglobal.com

The GM will be held at voco Hotel Reading, Madejski Stadium, Junction 11 M4 Reading, RG2 0FL on Wednesday 28th July 2021 at 10.30am.

Due to ongoing Covid-19 considerations, shareholders wishing to attend the GM will need to pre-register their attendance. As some social distancing measures may remain in effect on the date of the GM, we are asking that all shareholders register notice of their intention to attend the GM at least 72 hours prior to the GM being held by email to agm2021@tpgroup.uk.com or via telephone number 01753 285800 option 6, as otherwise you will not be permitted entry.
