Notice of 2021 AGM

Dublin-Ireland, 22 June 2021: Malin Corporation plc. (Euronext Growth Dublin:MLC) ("Malin", the "Company"), a company investing in highly innovative life sciences companies, announces that the Letter from the Chairman, Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have been issued to shareholders.  An electronic copy of all documents is also available on the Company's website at www.malinplc.com.

Malin's 2021 AGM will be held at the Company's registered office at The Lennox Building, Richmond Street South, Dublin 2, D02 FK02, Ireland at 10:00am Irish Standard Time/BST on Thursday, 22 July 2021.

As detailed in the Notice of AGM, in the interests of public health and in light of guidance from the Government of Ireland relating to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all shareholders are encouraged to submit proxy forms to ensure they can vote and be represented at the AGM without having to physically attend the meeting. 

In addition, a teleconference facility will be available to shareholders to listen remotely to the proceedings of the AGM, using the following details:
