Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP), the UK and Ireland market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, has received notification from Mr Kevin Terrins, Business Development Director of Medica, that on 18 June 2021 he purchased a total of 14,295 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 174.00p per Share.

Following this transaction, Kevin Terrins is beneficially interested in 1,643,943 shares, representing 1.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
