PDMR Dealing

The Company has been notified that on 9 June 2021, Toby Foster, the Managing Director of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Inspiration Healthcare Limited and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company, made a transfer for nil consideration of 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse, Nia Foster, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Toby Foster (the "Transfer").

Following the Transfer, Mr Foster will directly hold 3,415,283 Ordinary Shares, with no change to his total beneficial holding, including those held by his wife as a PCA, of 3,915,283 Ordinary Shares.
