PDMR Shareholding, Issue of Ordinary Shares

& Total Voting Rights

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that on 15 June 2021 certain employees of the Company exercised a total of 507,500 options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's share option schemes.

Of the 507,500 of options exercised, Rachel Hudson, PDMR, was issued 45,000 Ordinary Shares, of which 26,577 were sold at a price of 105p pence per Ordinary Share. Nick Smee, PDMR, was also issued 172,500 Ordinary Shares, of which 101,879 shares were sold at a price of 105p pence per Ordinary Share.

Pursuant to the exercise of these share options, the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 507,500 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 22 June 2021.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company will have 126,937,668 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will therefore be 126,937,668.
