PDMR dealing and Total Voting Rights

Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (AIM: MAB1.L) has been notified that on 11 June 2021 Ben Thompson, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, exercised options to subscribe for 29,631 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares" and the "Options") and sold the same number of Ordinary Shares at a price of 1205.0p per Ordinary Share. The Options were issued pursuant to the Mortgage Advice Bureau Executive Share Option Plan.

Following the transaction, Ben Thompson's resultant holding is 118,565 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.22% of the Company's issued share capital.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company notifies the market of the following:

Following the transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 53,204,620 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 53,204,620. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
