Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP), the UK and Ireland market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, has received notification from Dr Stuart Quin, Chief Executive Officer of Medica, that on 10 June 2021 he purchased a total of 19,505 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 152.27p per Share.

Following this transaction, Stuart Quin is beneficially interested in 117,580 shares, representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
