Board change

Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading global big data technology company, today announces that Ash Mehta, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Group at the end of August to pursue another opportunity. We thank him for his contribution over the last two years and wish him well in his new role. We have commenced a search for a replacement and an announcement will be made in due course.
