Issue of Warrants
Zoetic, the international CBD group, announces that it has issued 1,200,000 warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 60 pence per new Ordinary Share at any point until 1 May 2026 (the "Warrants"). The Warrants are being issued by Zoetic to a consultant to the Company in consideration for services rendered. The Warrants will not be listed on any exchange.
