Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 28 May 2021 that, Mrs Clare Scrimgeour, PCA of Mr Alex Scrimgeour, Chief Executive Officer of Everyman, purchased 45,128 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 155 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Scrimgeour has a shareholding of 164,483 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
