Appointment of Chairman to FBD Insurance Plc

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David O'Connor as Chairman of FBD Insurance Plc with immediate effect. 

Mr. O'Connor joined the FBD Board and the Board of FBD Insurance plc in July 2016. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and adds a wealth of insurance expertise and experience to the Board.

Group Chairman, Mr. Liam Herlihy, said:
