Standard Listing for African Pioneer

Further to the announcement of 15 March 2021 ("Announcement"), Tiger is now pleased to note the publication by African Pioneer Plc of a prospectus in relation to the proposed admission of its enlarged issued share capital to the Official List (by way of a Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). As contemplated in the Announcement, Tiger will hold 8,810,056 ordinary shares, representing a 4.65% interest in the company following Admission.
