Exercise of Share Options, PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights

Quartix Holdings PLC (AIM: QTX), a leading supplier of vehicle tracking systems, announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 28,133 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), following the exercise of 21,498 and 6,635 options by Daniel Mendis and Laura Seffino, both PDMRs of the Company, respectively.

Following this exercise, Daniel Mendis and Laura Seffino hold 38,429 and 6,635 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 and 0.01 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital, respectively.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 28,133 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 3 June 2021.

After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 48,328,027 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 48,328,027. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
