Curtis Banks, one of the UK's leading SIPP providers, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed on a poll, save for resolution 9 that proposed the authority to purchase its own shares in certain restricted circumstances as set out in the Notice of AGM.
