Publication of Final Terms

The final terms ("Final Terms") for the issue of €500,000,000 1.000 per cent. Notes due 2029 (ISIN: XS2345996743 (the "Notes") issued by Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ) (the "Issuer") under the Issuer's U.S.$5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") are available for viewing.

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 30 October 2020, as supplemented by the first supplementary prospectus dated 29 January 2021, the second supplementary prospectus dated 17 May 2021 and the third supplementary prospectus dated 24 May 2021 (the "Offering Circular"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129) as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
