2. RATINGS

Ratings: The Notes to be issued have been rated:

BBB- by Fitch

Ba1 by Moody's

BBB- by S&P

An obligation rated BBB by Fitch indicates that expectations of credit risk are currently low. The capacity for payment of financial commitments is considered adequate, but adverse business or economic conditions are more likely to impair this capacity. The modifiers "+" or "-" may be appended to a rating to denote relative status within major rating categories (Source: https://www.fitchratings.com/research/fundasset-managers/rating-definitions-11-06-2020).

Obligations rated Ba by Moody's are judged to be speculative and are subject to substantial credit risk. The modifier 1 indicates that the obligation ranks in the higher end of its generic rating (Source: https://www.moodys.com/sites/products/AboutMoody sRatingsAttachments/MoodysRatingSymbolsandDefin itions.pdf).

An obligation rated 'BBB' by S&P exhibits adequate protection parameters. However, adverse economic conditions or changing circumstances are more likely to weaken the obligor's capacity to meet its financial commitments on the obligation. Ratings from 'AA' to 'CCC' may be modified by the addition of a plus (+) or minus (-) sign to show relative standing within the rating categories (Source: https://www.standardandpoors.com/en_US/web/guest/ article/-/view/sourceId/504352).

Each of S&P and Moody's is established in the European Union and is registered under Regulation

(EC) No. 1060/2009 (as amended) (the CRA Regulation).

Fitch is established in the United Kingdom and is registered under Regulation (EC) No. 1060/2009 (as amended) as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the EUWA. The ratings of Fitch are endorsed by Fitch Ratings Ireland Limited in accordance with the CRA Regulation for use in the European Union.
