Malin received notification on 26 May 2021 from Pentwater Capital Management LP ("Pentwater") that, as of 26 May 2021, Pentwater has a 27.63%* economic interest in Malin.

Pentwater notified Malin that, through controlled undertakings in which Pentwater serves as investment manager, Pentwater holds an aggregate interest in 8,220,377 ordinary shares of €0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") which represents 18.21%* of the issued share capital of Malin.  In addition, the Company has been notified that Pentwater has an economic interest, held through derivative agreements with various counterparties, in respect of a further 4,252,605 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.42%* of the issued share capital of Malin.

*Based on a share in issue figure of 45,146,888 ordinary shares.
