Update on Universal Music Group and Triller

Further to the RNS of 5 February 2021, 7digital (AIM: 7DIG), the global leader in B2B end-to-end digital music solutions, notes the announcement yesterday that Universal Music Group ("UMG") and Triller Inc. ("Triller") signed a licence agreement for the use of UMG's music on Triller's app.

7digital continues to provide Triller with services from the Company's platform under the existing terms of its 18-month contract signed in August 2020.
