Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that an ex-employee has exercised share options over 65,376 Ordinary Shares. A total of 65,376 Ordinary Shares, which were previously held in treasury, have been utilised to satisfy the exercise of the share options.
Following the above, the Company now holds 328,477 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares and its total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is now 12,898,296, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, System1 Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
