PDMR and PCA shareholdings
Philip Shelley, Chair of WH Ireland, has informed the Company that he has purchased 110,343 ordinary shares in the Company as set out below. Following these purchases, Philip Shelley owns 1,568,752 ordinary shares, representing 2.53 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
Phillip Wale, Chief Executive has informed the Company that he has purchased 29,295 ordinary shares in the Company as set out below. Following these purchases, Phillip Wale owns 160,295 ordinary shares, representing 0.26 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
Finally, Joanna Ford, the wife of Stephen Ford (a director of the Company) has informed the Company that she has sold 70,244 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration from an account in her own name and immediately purchased such shares into an ISA (also for nil consideration). Accordingly, the total number of ordinary shares that Joanna Ford has an interest in remains unchanged at 121,154 Ordinary Shares representing 0.20 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and the total number of Ordinary Shares that Stephen Ford is deemed to be interested in remains unchanged at 479,217 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.77 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
