Correction to Notice of Annual General Meeting

Curtis Banks, one of the UK's leading SIPP providers would like to notify stakeholders that the notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM"), dated 30 April 2021, contained a typographical error.

Section 6 (a) of the Notice of AGM, with reference to the authority under section 551 of the Companies Act 2006, incorrectly references 22,293,104 ordinary shares in respect of which ordinary shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £111,465.52 may be allotted or granted rights to subscribe for or to convert any security into ordinary shares in the Company.

The Company confirms that, in respect of section 6 (a) of the Notice of AGM, the correct aggregate nominal amount that the Company is seeking authority to allot is £55,732.26 (representing 11,146,552 ordinary shares).

Section 6 (b) of the Notice of AGM, with reference to the authority under section 551 of the Companies Act 2006, incorrectly references 22,293,104 ordinary shares in respect of which ordinary shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £111,465.52 may be allotted or grant rights to subscribe for or to convert any security into ordinary shares in the Company where the equity securities (as defined in the Companies Act) are allotted in connection with a rights issue in favour of shareholders where the equity securities respectively attributable to the interests of all shareholders are proportional (as nearly as practicable) to the respective numbers of Ordinary Shares held by them.

The Company confirms that, in respect of section 6 (b) of the Notice of AGM, the correct aggregate nominal amount the Company is seeking further authority to allot is £55,732.26 (representing 11,146,552 ordinary shares).

All other details within the Notice of AGM remain unchanged.

The AGM is to be held at 12.30 p.m. on Thursday 27 May 2021 at 153 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 1QJ.

Due to Covid-19, shareholders are strongly recommended not to attend the AGM in person and are instead requested to complete their Form of Proxy. Shareholders can also submit their votes electronically, as outlined in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Any shareholder who wishes to change any proxy instructions already submitted, may do so by submitting a new proxy appointment using the method set out in the notes to the Notice of AGM.

A copy of this announcement will be posted to shareholders and a corrected version of the Notice of AGM is available at https://www.curtisbanks.co.uk/investors/
