Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified today that Mr Jean-Marc Janailhac, a director of Photo-Me, bought 53,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 77.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr Janailhac has increased his interest to 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.021 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
