Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified that Mr Adam Kaye, Executive Director of Everyman, today sold a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The sale price was 150 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the sale, Mr Kaye and his PCAs have an interest in 5,349,956 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.9 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
