Notification to holders of Subscription Shares

Please be reminded that you have the right to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share for every five Ordinary Shares held in the Company on 30 April each year. The Company announces the first Subscription Rights Price at 37.84 pence on 4 May 2021.

The new Ordinary Shares subscribed for will be issued within 14 Business Days of the relevant Subscription Date to those Shareholders in whose name the Ordinary Shares are registered on the Subscription Date.

A notice has been sent to all Subscription Shareholders and is attached to this announcement for reference.
