Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Curtis Banks, one of the UK's leading SIPP providers, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12.30 p.m. on Thursday 27 May 2021 at 153 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 1QJ.

Due to Covid-19, shareholders are strongly recommended not to attend the AGM in person and are instead requested to complete their Form of Proxy. Shareholders can also submit their votes electronically, as outlined in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

In advance of the AGM, printed copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 have been posted to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy.
