XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading global digital performance publisher, confirms the number of Ordinary shares in issue at 30 April 2021 is 262,586,405.  The Company does not hold any Ordinary shares in treasury.  

The above figure of 262,586,405 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
