Employee Benefit Trust Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by the trustee of the Time Finance PLC Employees' Share Trust (the "EBT") that on 8 April 2021, the EBT purchased a total of 116,600 Ordinary Shares of 27.25p each. The shares will be held in the EBT, a discretionary trust, and are intended to be used to satisfy the exercise of any share options by employees including the Directors of the Company should the situation arise. Following these transactions, the Company's EBT holds a total of 835,677 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
