Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in issue at the date of this notice is 47,016,943 Ordinary Shares. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 47,016,943 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
