Issue of Equity and Application for Admission to the Official List

The Directors of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that the Company has today allotted 457,665 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an issue price of £1.076 per share, pursuant to the offer for subscription of the Company as set out in the Company's prospectus dated 23 July 2020 (the "Offer").

The Company will apply for the 457,665 Ordinary Shares so allotted to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, with admission of and dealings in the Ordinary Shares expected to commence on or around 7 April 2021.

Following the above allotment, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 10,623,900 and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 10,623,900. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's
