Total Voting Rights

As at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 447,942,308 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company also holds 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury but there are no voting rights in respect of these treasury Shares. The figure of 447,942,308 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Tiger under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
