Malin received notification on 24 March 2021 from Pentwater Capital Management LP ("Pentwater") that, as of 24 March 2021, Pentwater has a 27.1%* economic interest in Malin. This is consistent with the position disclosed in Malin's annual 2020 report, published on 23 March 2021.

Pentwater notified Malin that, through controlled undertakings in which Pentwater serves as investment manager, Pentwater holds an aggregate interest in 8,220,377 ordinary shares of €0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") which represents 17.89%* of the issued share capital of Malin.  In addition, the Company has been notified that Pentwater has an economic interest, held through derivative agreements with various counterparties, in respect of a further 4,252,605 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.26%* of the issued share capital of Malin.

*Based on a share in issue figure of 45,945,888 ordinary shares.
