Confirmation of AGM Date

Further to the Group's results for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("Final Results") published this morning (RNS:4163T ) the Board  of VLG confirms that the Annual General Meeting of Venture Life will be held on 20 May 2021 at 10:30 a.m. 

As notified in the Final Results the location and format will be communicated in due course and will proceed with due regard to the Government's restrictions in place pertaining to COVID-19.  A notice of the meeting will be sent to shareholders with the Annual Report and Accounts and a copy will be available on the Company's website in due course.
