The Company was informed on 23 March 2021, that following the maturity of an unapproved SIP award on 22 March 2021, ordinary shares were sold on behalf of the PDMRs listed below on 22 March 2021 to either 1) cover the cost of the tax and NI on the matured shares with the remaining shares then being transferred to the PDMRs vested share account or 2) to sell all of the matured shares (subject to tax and NI)
