Exercise of Options

The Company announces today that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 20,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of share options by an employee.

Admission is expected to occur on or around 29 March 2021, with the new Ordinary Shares ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 339,862,521 Ordinary Shares.
