Tiger Royalties and Investments Plc ("The "Company") is pleased to announce that it has made an investment of £100,000 in Caerus Mineral Resources Plc ("Caerus") in a placing arranged by Novum Securities Ltd as part of the company's admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (Standard List) which took place today.

Caerus is a resource development and production focused exploration company targeting Copper-Gold brownfield exploration sites on the island of Cyprus.
