Update on Timing of Full Year Results Announcement

Curtis Banks Group plc (AIM: CBP) announces a revised date for the publication of its Full Year Results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2020.

At the request of Curtis Banks' auditor, PwC, the results will now be published on Wednesday 7 April 2021. The additional time will give PwC the required time to complete its audit of the results and ensure the quality of its reporting. 

Details for the webcast presentation and Q&A on Wednesday 7 April will be provided in advance.
