("Helios", "Company" or the "Group")
Director's/PCAs' Shareholdings
Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, was informed yesterday that, Nigel Hanbury, Chief Executive Officer and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, and his three children, Elizabeth Hanbury, George Hanbury and Clementine Hanbury, each of whom are persons closely associated ("PCA") with him, have sold a number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), and subsequently repurchased the same number of Ordinary Shares into their respective Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs), in order to effect "Bed and ISA" trades. Details of these trades are as set out below:
