Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that it has today granted nil cost contingent share rights (the 'Awards') over 3,680,000 ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company (the 'Shares') subject to certain retention and deferral arrangements to a number of employees and to two Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'). The Awards will be satisfied from shares held by the Company's employee benefit trusts. Vesting of the Awards is subject to continued employment and malus and clawback provisions.
