U.S.$3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme as supplemented by the first supplement thereto dated 14 May 2020, the second supplement thereto dated 27 August 2020 and the third supplement thereto dated 17 November 2020 (together, the "Base Prospectus").
